At Gilbert Wedding Planner, our full service package includes absolutely everything you will need to plan your dream wedding.
Not only will we help you to plan the actual day of your nuptials, but we can also assist with putting together and coordinating your rehearsal dinner. And if you want to hold a celebratory brunch the day after you say “I do,” we can take care of that for you too. Plus, we can plan and organize your bridal shower, bachelor and bachelorette parties, and engagement party if you want one.
With the full service package, you get to decide how little or how much you want to be involved with the planning.
We will help you to search for the perfect venue for your ceremony and reception, and then take care of booking the venue for you.
We will also help you to choose your caterers, photographer, band or DJ, and florist. Plus, we can even arrange for a photo booth if you want one.
Designing your invitations, coming up with your guest list, creating save-the-date cards, and helping to choose what wedding favors to give to your guests are also some of the services that we provide.
You won’t ever have to worry about missing any deadlines because we will keep you informed throughout the entire process!
Our full service package is broken down into phases, with each phase designed to keep you in the loop and help reduce stress.
We like to start with an in-person consultation to discuss your vision for the big day. It's important to use that we make your special day is just the way you envision it! We will talk about your budget with you, as well as what potential themes you want to incorporate into your ceremony and reception.
We will then discuss any vendors in mind that you want to hire. And if you aren’t sure who you want to use, we can share our list of preferred vendors to help you decide. We will also provide you with a timeline so you know what to expect throughout each month leading up to your celebration day.
Now that you have chosen your vendors, the second stage of the full service wedding package is mainly focused on negotiation. We aim to get you the best price for each vendor that is hired, and we won’t stop the negotiating process until you and your partner are happy with the amounts to be paid. After the contracts are all signed, we will then take care of the rest.
During the third stage, we will first check in with your vendors to make sure everything is good to go the day you "tie the knot. This includes confirming that they have all the information and details according to your preferences. We will then coordinate the transportation to and from your marriage site, help you with getting your marriage license, make sure your wedding dress, bridal party's dresses and tuxedos are fitted, order your wedding favors, decorations and flowers, at this time we will make sure your wedding rings and cake are ordered, track the RSVP’s of your guests, and create the seating chart for the reception. Gilbert Wedding Planners will also arrange a rehearsal walk threw of the ceremony to ensure everything run smoothly the day of your wedding.

We will tell your vendors where to set up, help your guests know where to go, coordinate your party procession down the aisle and your walk back up the aisle as a newly married couple, and make sure that everyone signs your guest book.
